Cement deliveries decreased by an annual 3.75% by October 2017 to stand at 4.3M tons, compared to 4.4M tons by October 2016. In addition, the six-month moving average of the number of cement deliveries declined by 2.94% year-on-year (y-o-y), to reach 460,791 tons during the first 10 months of 2017.
