Cement deliveries decreased by an annual 29.83% by August 2019 to stand at 2.24M tons, compared to 3.19M tons by August 2018. In addition, the six-month moving average of the number of cement deliveries declined by 29.47% year-on-year (y-o-y), to reach 303,830 tons during the first 8 months of 2019.
